As an organization working with a variety of different clients, we don't always get to choose the project methodology we employ on an engagement. However, we find that when it is a fit, an agile Scrum approach has the best chance at success. Agile is a philosophy aimed at increasing communication and visibility on projects and Scrum is a framework for adapting this philosophy.
