We have helped them transition through numerous software upgrades, track down the causes of a number of production-level incidents, and even helped to plan and execute a data center migration.

A few years ago Microsoft decided to integrate its core products, such as Windows and SQL Server, with heavily sought after open source projects. This has culminated in ongoing investments in PHP Core for Windows, IIS improvements like FastCGI and the PHP Driver for SQL Server. OmniTI has been working with Microsoft to develop WordPress support for SQL Server and SQL Azure, and to keep the integration updated with the latest Wordpress features and patches.

Alli Sports, a subsidiary of NBC Sports, brings together the best news, videos, music, culture, blogs and pictures from events like the Dew Tour and Gatorade Free Flow Tour. Alli Sports asked for OmniTIʼs help to achieve their business objectives: empowering affiliates to publish their own content for the first time, and accommodating a dramatic increase in site traffic while simultaneously cutting production time in half. OmniTI created a custom CMS and architected the site to withstand dramatic shifts in site traffic. The new Alli Sports web site reflects the cutting-edge for the hundreds of thousands of users who access it each month, with robust support for managing and leveraging rich text, audio and video files.

Ora TV is an on-demand digital television network founded in 2012 by television host Larry King and Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim. Ora TV both produces and distributes television shows including Larry King Now, Politicking with Larry King, Recessionista and Jesse Ventura Off The Grid. Since its founding, Ora has produced a number of television shows starring well-known personalities. Ora TV also produces short-form shows that air exclusively on YouTube.

OmniTI audited the monitoring infrastructure and recommended additional metrics to improve Tumblr’s insight into their rapidly-growing infrastructure.

Perhaps best known for its magazine, National Geographic has been quick to embrace new technologies, and their television network and web sites are enriching all our lives in ways we never before imagined. National Geographic came to us looking for a complete package. They needed to build a relationship with someone they could trust to handle not only their infrastructure and scalability needs, but also build sophisticated web applications and elegant user interfaces. We are very proud of our involvement with building the online National Geographic Magazine and Your Shot, which have earned two Webby Awards for National Geographic.
