Thu, 26 May 2016As an organization working with a variety of different clients, we don't always get to choose the project methodology we employ on an engagement. However, we find that when it is a fit, an agile Scrum approach has the best chance at success. Agile is a philosophy aimed at increasing communication and visibility on projects and Scrum is a framework for adapting this philosophy. One of the key positions in a Scrum approach is the ScrumMaster. This article, written by our Lead Engagement Manager, Pat Norton was recently published on scrumalliance.org. It talks about one of the challenges faced by both new and experienced Scrum teams and how to overcome realizing that the ScrumMaster is not "the boss."
