Zach Dunn ~ Site Reliability Engineer

Zach is part of the operations team, where helps support and maintain systems for OmniTI and its client base. Zach has a Bachelors of Arts in Philosphy from St. Mary's College of Maryland, as well as Masters in Liberal Arts (yes, there is such a thing) from St. John's College.

Before coming to OmniTI, Zach worked for a telecom company known as the beast, the angel of the dawn or the master of the pit, as a Web Engineer (which is not the same as what we call a Web Engineer here). Prior to that, he was the Director of Data and Telephony Operations at Soundpath Conferencing.
