Medical Benefits
All full-time employees are eligible for health and prescription drug, dental, and vision insurance on their first day of employment. OmniTI pays for half of the monthly costs.
Flexible Spending Account
FSAs allow you to pay for out-of-pocket medical and dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis. This includes such things as daycare, over-the-counter medications, prescriptions, co-pays, deductibles, eyeglasses/contacts, dental work, etc.
401(k) Plan
Full-time employees are eligible to participate in our safe-harbor 401(k) retirement plan after four months of employment. OmniTI matches 100% of employee’s contributions that do not exceed 3% of the employee’s salary. OmniTI matches 50% of employee’s contributions between 3-5% of the salary.
Long-term Disability Insurance
This insurance is completely paid for by OmniTI, beginning after two months of employment.
Paid Holidays and Vacation
All employees receive seven paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas. In addition, employees can accrue anywhere from 15 to 20 paid vacation days annually, based on tenure with OmniTI.
Paid Sick/Personal Leave
In addition to vacation, employees can take up to 5 paid sick/personal days per year.
Employee Referral Program
OmniTI encourages employees to recommend other great people to join our team. We will reward you with a $2,000 bonus after your referral is hired and completes 90 days of service.
Local Gym Membership
All employees are eligible for a discounted enrollment fee at Life Time Fitness, located less than a mile from our Maryland office. In addition, OmniTI reimburses employees for a portion of their monthly membership dues based on the number of gym visits per month.
Credit Union Membership
Employees are eligible to join a local credit union and enjoy such perks as free checking, overdraft protection, home banking, debit card, and low-rate loans, just to name a few.
Weekly Lunch
Every Thursday, OmniTI provides lunch for everyone in the office. While pizza is generally the norm, we’ve been known to have barbecues and chili cook-offs, too.
