Andi Merson ~ Human Resource Generalist

Andi joined OmniTI in May of 2003, working temporarily as she finished her bachelor’s degree.

In the summer of 2006, Andi joined the staff full-time to assist with the administration of the company. After only 8 months in her administrative role, Andi took the reigns for OmniTI’s newest role as Human Resource Generalist. Andi manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office, focusing on recruitment and staffing logistics, performance management and improvement systems, employee relations, and organization development.

Andi graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Merchandising Management.

Personal Note

I grew up in Columbia, Maryland, and currently reside in Baltimore. (Hey der, Hon!) When not generalizing all that is HR, I’m usually eating sushi or anything compatible with guacamole and/or sour cream, attempting to crochet, or watching Virginia Tech football. One of these days I plan on learning Italian. I have a great appreciation for hospitality and an odd fascination with flying squirrels.
